Catherine is a Corporate Governance specialist with experience in both the listed and not-for-profit environments.

Catherine has first-hand understanding of the responsibilities of a Board having served as a director for a not-for- profit where she has also chaired Finance and Risk Committees.

Prior to joining SkyBuys, Catherine held various CFO & Company Secretary positions across ASX-Listed companies, iSentia Group Limited and Austral Gold Limited.
